OMV brake fluids

OMV brake fluids are designed to transfer pressure between the brake pedal and the brake pads. During braking, temperatures rise sharply due to friction and at a certain threshold, the brake fluid reaches its boiling point. In order to support precise braking under all conditions OMV brake fluids offer a high boiling point for all driving conditions.

OMV BRAKE FLUID DOT 4

OMV BRAKE FLUID DOT 4 is intended for brake systems of cars and motorbikes with or without ABS. Its boiling points (dry = 268°C, wet = 168°C) are significantly higher than the minimum requirement for DOT 4 brake fluids (min. dry = 230°C, min. wet = 155°C). The recommended period for brake fluid replacement is 2 years.
